What's included in this service?

This service includes the following;

  • OS Health Check: inc full Malware/Virus system checks and removal using up to date signatures from trusted vendors, clearing out of unnecessary software slowing down your machine, disabling services that run as a background activity freeing up system resources, system defragmentation depending on the OS. Fully updating the machine to its latest software version.


  • Recovery/Backup Options: I will help you recover a machine that has either been compromised or has fallen victim from a ransomware attack, I will backup what is able to be recovered and factory reset the machine and assist you in setting it back up as well as recommending leading Antivirus software for the machine, and system security settings are set to its most protected options.


  • macOS Best Practises: Whether you're new to macOS or tenured, I will provide hints and tips to ensure your Mac stays fast and feeling like new, whether that's installing software to help clean the OS, changing settings hidden deep in macOS to help improve your experience. Or something you want that might improve your workflow but don't know if macOS supports it I will gather all the info and let you know.


  • macOS/iOS/Windows Beta Removal/Installation: For those that are always on the bleeding edge of technology and want to try new software experiences before its released to the general public, I can help with the installation on a new partition so your existing OS stays uninterrupted (dual booting). Or for those that need help removing Beta OS's, I will endeavour to help remove it completely and revert back to your previous workflow.


Will you need access to my computer for this?

This type of service means I would need some kind of remote access to the machine to perform the necessary tasks, if this is a concern and you're happy for me to just guide and point you in the right direction, then this also can be arranged. Should I handle everything by myself then I will at the end email you on how you can self-serve to do this again in the future.

All other requests that relate to software or your OS is not listed, please email me or drop me a message on iMessage and I will reach out within 48hrs to let you know if I can assist with your query and I will give you a separate quote.

Buying Process:

  1. Email me details of exactly what you think you would require.

  2. A timeframe if any that you need this done by.

  3. I will email you back with a quote on the work required and the estimated timeframe this would take to complete, completion times are hardware dependant for your hardware.

  4. We agree on the work and I will email you back with a invoice quote to be paid.

  5. Once payment has been confirmed I will email back as confirmation and email you on times you are available for the work to be carried out.

  6. An after-sales survey will be emailed (optional but helps) and I will reach back out in a few weeks with any questions you have.
